You have questions. We have straight answers.

Does homeowners insurance cover a roof leak in Texas?

Policies usually cover sudden, accidental damage from hail and wind. They usually exclude wear, neglected maintenance, and leaks that started years ago. TAT documents current conditions so you can have that conversation with the carrier using photos instead of guesses.

What does a TAT inspection include?

A slope-by-slope walk, flashings, vents, valleys, soft metals, and accessible attic notes. You receive photos and a plain-language summary. There is no fee and no obligation to hire us for the repair.

How long does a residential replacement take?

Most asphalt reroofs in the Metroplex finish in one to three working days after materials arrive. Tile, metal, and commercial membranes take longer. We do not leave a house open overnight.

Will you work with my insurance adjuster?

Yes. We meet on site when invited, share our photo set, and price to the approved scope. We do not invent damage, and we do not disappear after the check is issued.

Do you handle commercial roofs?

Yes. TAT takes on retail, shop, and light-industrial roofs as well as homes. Call the office with the address and a recent photo of the roof field.

What if I have an active leak after hours?

Call 682-313-9100. Emergency response covers tarping and dry-in. Permanent work follows once the weather and, if needed, the claim file allow it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. TAT Construction & Roofing is a licensed contractor, insured for the work we perform, and BBB accredited with an A+ rating. Certificates are available on request.

Do I need to be home during the job?

Not always. We need driveway access, a place for the dumpster, and a way to reach you if decking surprises us. Pets should be inside.

What materials do you install?

Architectural asphalt shingles, metal panels, and common low-slope membranes. We will not put a product on your house that we would not put on ours in the same HOA.
